The story
The house at 18 Cordova Street was built in 1916 and is recorded in the 1983 Model Land Company nomination as a 2½-story concrete-block and stucco building then used as apartments. The inn notes its round wood columns, turned balusters and wraparound porches. It now operates as a 10-room inn managed by Joseph Ellen Properties and remains a member of the St. Augustine Historic Inns association.
