The story

Eugene Kelly’s Temple Court, designed by Silliman & Farnsworth, was completed in May 1883 as an office building with 212 offices opening onto both a skylit atrium and the street. James M. Farnsworth’s annex followed in 1889-90. The atrium is part of the landmark designation, and the building now houses The Beekman hotel, which Michelin listed with one Key in 2026.
