The story

The ranch’s hewn-log lodge (1901) served guests when the ranch was a stage station, and a frame second story was added in 1911, the same year as two small guest cabins. The nomination credits Lionel C.G. Sartoris and others as builders over 1891-1911. Listed on the National Register in 1986, it now operates as a family guest ranch on the Little Laramie River.
