The story
The hotel combines four nineteenth-century buildings on North Talbot Street that were formerly the Five Gables Inn & Spa. Its two-story main building began as a schoolhouse and became the Hambleton family’s home in 1871. The Erkiletian family reopened the property as The Wildset, with 34 rooms in three historic houses and a historic barn, the Milk Truck Garage, converted to event space.
