The story
Armour & Co. built this brick cold-storage food warehouse in 1912, and the name recalls the company branch. It became a hotel in the 1990s; the hotel counts eight rooms, each with a different floor plan and exposed brick walls. Gold Dust now lists it among its four hotels, and guests check in at the Hotel by Gold Dust on Lee Street.
