The story

A two-story stuccoed-brick commercial building on Franklin Street, it housed the Holly Shop, a women’s clothing store, in the 1960s and early 1970s, then Family Fashions until the 1990s. It stood empty until a 2010 renovation turned it into a bed and breakfast. Eric Berry bought it in 2019.
