The story

The house was built in 1905 for Dr. Charles W. Stewart, a prominent Newport physician who kept his offices there. The Stewart family lived in it until 1959, when Paul and Florence K. Murray bought it. It now operates as a five-room boutique B&B whose rooms are named for the Stewarts, the Murrays and nearby streets.
