The story
The triangular, nine-story brick flatiron at the western edge of the Bulfinch Triangle was built in 1904. It operated as the Bulfinch Hotel before a 2013 renovation relaunched it as The Boxer. Hersha Hotels & Resorts sold the 80-key hotel to Eurostars Hotel Company in September 2025, its fifth U.S. hotel.
