The story

The inn occupies a 1921 house on a residential street in the Waverly Place Historic District, a neighborhood listed on the National Register in 1985. Founder Ashley Rose, an eighth-generation Nashvillian, restored the house with private en-suite baths and keeps its original woodwork and front porch. Instead of an in-house breakfast, the rate includes a ‘neighborhood breakfast tour’ at a different café within one to four blocks each morning.
