The story
The Aldrich home was built in 1845 and has operated as a bed and breakfast since 1984. The inn says Abraham Lincoln frequented the house in 1856 and that Ulysses S. Grant often came to dinner, and repeats a local story that Grant trained troops on its lawn. It has five guest rooms with private baths.
