The story
The inn says it was built in 1895, which would make it older than the 1923 Flanders, and it calls itself Ocean City’s oldest hotel. It sits inside the Ocean City Residential Historic District, listed on the National Register in 2003. The innkeeper, a lifelong local, keeps it open year-round and offers rooms and multi-room suites.
