The story

The Atlantic Hotel dates from about 1895 and stands at the center of Berlin’s historic district. In its early years it catered to travelers heading to the ocean and to hunters and fishermen, for whom guides were readily available. It has been restored to Victorian-era decor, with 15 guest rooms, a full-service suite and a Gardener’s Cottage, plus a bistro bar and a ballroom used for weddings.
