The story
The Georgian Revival inn has welcomed guests in the Shenandoah Valley since its grand opening on May 28, 1931. Original hardwood floors and light fixtures survive, and two murals painted for the opening hang in the Circa ’31 dining room, donated back by a local artist when the inn reopened in 2008 after a multimillion-dollar renovation. The property now includes a Manor House, historic cottages and newer luxury cottages.
