The story
The Wilmington district inventory calls 412 South Third Street an excellent example of a Queen Anne house, with a large front turret under a conical roof, a smaller corner turret and a Palladian accent window. It became a B&B in 1985 and calls itself the longest-operating B&B in historic Wilmington. New owners bought and remodeled it in 2022.
